Brick or the Oak I’d say mate and yes you can get in the ground handy , not loads do but on your first visit why not .

The most important thing I’d say is maybe don’t judge this as normal , people seem less up for this game than any I can think of for a while even considering the poor atmosphere recently and I’d even expect the pubs to be quieter than usual never mind inside the ground .

Thanks for the answers and I get the current state we're in . Been a fan for 20 years or so so I know what I'm getting into. Just felt I had to be at Goodison before they build the new spot.

See you at the brick
Enjoy the game fella, walk the full way around the ground and take in the sights, the church...etc Goodison is special being in a built up area, a lot of these new grounds are in the middle of nowhere

So, where do I go pre-game and at what time?
Felt like The Brick might be a good spot.
Is it possible to enter Goodison a bit before the game to check out the hallowed ground?

Cheers

Enjoy the experience mate.

The pre-game drink will be as good as it get's tonight.

Have a great time mate soak up the atmosphere of the area and the pre match pubs, get chatting to people you will find everyone friendly but as previously stated these are low times at Goodison but if we score (yeah I know) the atmosphere could change.
I hope you enjoy yourself and take home some good memories regardless.
