Swapping players involve agent fees ?

Player Valuation: £750k
If we were to swap distin for piennar do we still have a fee to pay with agents ? They need a centre half we need a player that can pass the ball foward ? Looks like we have no £ bills other company have recorded only a £2 mill profit !
