In all honesty, if there is indeed proof (as the lawyer claims) of witness intimidation from the original trial, plus a whole heap of new evidence including further tapes, depicting him raping minors, then he surely won't enjoy freedom again for the rest of his life. He is in his 50s now and even further charges will come up during the investigations. Surely too much publicity and pressure not to let him get away with it a second time.
