Favorite cheese to lash on toast? I think Red Leicester
Why? I like the way it bubbles crispy
Method? Toast one side. Add sliced cheese. Toast that side. Eat.
Any preferred condiment? I like to let the cheesy goodness speak for itself most of the time.
Additional items? Partial to a bit of onion, red, or a tomato. Rare though, the mood has to take me. Sharp cheddar COT is nice with tomato soup like.
Big no-no's? Grated cheese, pan fried or two pieces of bread with a cheesy centre. That's a toastie FFS.

Cheddar + dash of Lea and Perrins. Toast one side, turn, add cheese, toast again, lash that good L&P on, enjoy. Bit of red onion or spring onion finely chopped, when I can be arsed. Heaven on toast.

No-no's: Ketchup. Has no place on a cheese toastie, for me.

Toast done both sides, cheddar/Cheshire mix is excellent if grated, you can use English mustard under the cheese the on top onions are ok, Worcester sauce or my personal choice, tabasco
