My train is really late so I've been catching up on the threads in here and I am shocked at the behaviour and attitude that many on here have towards our players and management, many are so negative about the lads that put on and represent the blue of Everton.

We are all suppose to be supporters of Everton FC not critics. We are suppose to be the vocal backing of this great and historic club yet we moan about Naismith, Moyes, Osman, Hibbert, Alcatraz, not spending money and then spending money on McCarthy. The poor sods (not financially however) can do right from wrong.

Get behind the club everyone we are The People's Club now can the People support it please???

I don't want to turn this into another one of those threads but... We have some very good reasons to 'moan' about Moyes, most of them documented in very very lengthy threads.

The rest of the people you named.... you may have a point. However, everyone is entitled to their opinion and just because you don't like/rate a specific player/action by the club doesn't mean you're 'not getting behind the club'.

Support is great. 'Blind support' - the kind that our lovely neighbours practise - is very unhealthy and unhelpful
 
You are indeed correct about always getting behind your team, mate. But if you can't accept and exercise legitimate criticism on your own club then it's more cult-like worship than support. A rational mind should always be sceptical about major events at the club (new manager, new players, new season), and it's possible to do that without being a doom-monger/bad supporter.

While you are probably right mate, you need to remember not everyone is being negative.

Not everyone.

Tarring all of us with a same brush is a bit daft.
 
My jetfoil has broken down so I've had time to consider matters.

Just want to say that I totally agree with everything that anyone has ever said on GOT.
