First day of Summer. Rugby League is back
Does anyone else follow TGG?An exciting season ahead culminating in the World Cup in the Autumn
Can Saints retain their title for a third year running or will this ( hopefully) be the year of the mighty Wire.
All starts tonight. A welcome antidote to the theatrics of Richarlison et al

Although the TV stuff is more refined.
The amateur stuff is proper battles.

Can't see a scenario where Saints and Wigan aren't the leading two in the League. Other teams have flaws all over.

Warrington, and one of Leeds/Catalan to round out top 4. Big season for Hull FC to actually make some waves, but will come up short.

I think Wakefield/Leigh for the bottom two, and hope that London finally make it count and get back into Super League, as their academy alone deserves the place.

I just hope that Inglis is able to give it a proper go. SBW, Falau, and George Burgess have all flopped despite arriving to a big fanfare. Even Widdop hasn't exactly set the league on fire. It would be great for Super League if Inglis is even close to his former self.

Don’t know why I titled the thread21/22.Of course it’s only 21!

Got big hopes for Wire this year. Not so much Inglis, but Widdop. Think he’ll. Be a lot more settled and focussed this season and is my early shout for MoS.
Looking forward to see how Salford go tonight. A new coach and a number of new players. Hope they can continue to rise as they have done under Watson

Has he gone to Warrington? If so, no. He’ll be using every orifice he has to get cocaine into his bloodstream.

Widdop? He was at Warrington last season. Inglis is here this year, however I note he’s not in the squad for this weekend as he’s ‘not quite ready’

Shame that the only time Rugby League gets attention, is when it's for something bad.

Clubb racist, Hayne's a rapist, Sam Burgess is a violent thug.

Hayne's an idiot, and he should have got a lot longer than he was issued, no means no.

After 14 months I'm making my return to live sport tonight. Managed to get a ticket for Saints v Salford in the ballot. Really looking forward to it, despite not being in my usual seat.

Couldn't have come at a better time though and take my mind off our hapless, hopeless Blues. Anyone else off to a game?
