Just wondering what other fans are feeling about the little Belgian. Absolutely love the guy but as of late seems to hold on to the ball a bit too much for my liking, anyone else feel different?

Its the way he plays mate, he is pretty selfish most of the time on the ball, then again i think he's leading the team on assists as well so overall not too unhappy with the lad

Thats a fair point actually, seem to forget he used to play as a striker at olypiakos. If he just looked up a touch more, i would have no complaints!

Its also why i think mate we should look at getting depth in on the wing/mid ahead of a new striker, if we have that depth then kev can be the one to play up front when we need to rest lukaku etc, a lot easier to find a good winger in jan than a top striker

There's no doubt he made a few mistakes yesterday, with being greedy and some poor decision making. However, he was also everywhere and working hard to win the ball and be very positive with it.

It looks like his frame is now much more filled out, and I think it's just a matter of time before he starts scoring plenty of goals - to me he looks like a good player who is just about to turn the corner and become a class act.

Perhaps a good kick up,the A+++. Might do him some good, he's playing for team in the top 4 ffs.

I love him in the team. Just don't know what to expect from him yet we know he can produce that little bit of magic. Yes wrong choice if he doesn't score but correct choice if he does. He will learn to make decisions better with time but he excites me.

Is not and never will be a right winger, don't think we will ever see the best of him until he is moved too the left or inside.
Also with all his injuries last season seems to gave lost the pace he had when first here.

....I posted earlier that his ball retention and number of shots on goal is a reflection of the confidence he has in his own ability. The trouble is that we now have more options for him to put Lakuku in and set up others who are hitting the box. He must be frustrating to play with. I remember players saying similar things about Beagrie, because they would make runs to get in front of defenders only for him to feign and come back on the other foot. Mirallas is a different level to Beagrie and I'm backing him to get the balance right.

As much as it frustrates me seeing Mirallas ignore a better-placed team mate to go for goal himself, I think it is exactly the correct attitude we want. I see it as a Martinez inspired confidence trick. Go on lad, fancy a crack? Even Jags was at it last night....!

fuming when he didnt square it to lukaku for a far easier chance.

Id be tempted to rest lukaku for a game - or half a game - and give kev a go up front.

Play pienaar on the right and Oviedo in front of Baines now hes back.
