Roast Chicken.

Roast spuds.

Carrots.

Sliced runner beans.

Steamed cabbage.

Yorkshire puds.

Stuffing.

Chicken gravy.

And acompanied by Mint sauce.






All washed down with a few bottles of Cider........bulmers..!!!!

Homemage yorkshire puddings
gravy (made from the juice of the chicken)

afters
Chocolate muffin and cream

all washed down with a nice hungerian red (bulls blood)

always look forward to my sunday dinner

Making a homemade shepherds pie today. Having it with mixed vegetables from a pack. Apple crumble and custard for afters.
It makes a change from making a roast every Sunday

No cabbage water mate, im steaming it......

Im using carrot water and chicken stock for the gravy......

Why in God's name would you want a change from Sunday Roast? you have to wait a whole week before you can have roast potatoes, then you pass up on them because you want a "change"?

Do you not know of the word " variety". Im not the regimented, stuck in my way type who goes for " Roast on Sunday , Fish on Friday" . Anyway, I had roast potatoes on Wednesday with pork chops.

we have roasts through the week, obviously not sunday roasts cos it aint sunday, but we have roasts. for 5 it's sometimes as easy to do a roast as other things.
