Suggestions for City Break

I know that you're a well travelled bunch here on GOT - So i thought i'd enlist your groupmind to suggest a suitable location for a city break at the end of the month for me and the missus.

We were supposed to be going to Moscow but it turns out the visa process takes up to 6 weeks so i've ballsed that one up. We've done a few of the 'major' ones over the years (New York, Paris, Berlin, Dubrovnik) but would love a few recommendations on places to visit for 4-5 days

I fully expect a mixture of reasonable suggestions alongside some jokes about my mother

I'd recommend Chicago if it wasn't this time of year. Right now it's freezing, windy or freezing and windy.

Did look at Lisbon and Porto - both possibilities. Liked the sound of Seville but the flights aren't compatible

Have been for a couple of nights and loved it - think it might be a bit pricey this time round though - going to stick to Europe I think

Obvious options would be Amsterdam or Munich, if you're looking for somewhere a little different then Troyes in France or Echternach in Luxembourg would be my suggestions.
