My own opinion is that fat people should be allowed to drown in vat of fried chicken fat if they so desire to do so cos its's got fuckall to do with me.

Except that your income is taxed to pay for their healthcare?

Because people don't know that consuming lots of sugar is bad for you?

Many people don't.. they look at the calorific content as the be all and end all. In their view, coke has fewer calories and is healthier than full fat milk. That is the unintended consequence of reducing our understanding of food and nutrition down to numbers.
