Injuries haven't helped and he slowly drifted out of favour at Dortmund, but for a good few seasons he was imperious with Hummels.

For me it's a really good signing for them as if he can rekindle even part of the form he showed a few years ago they'll have a reliable defender.

Exactly mate I believe he's still only 28 was surely worth a look as jags is wrong side of 30 by a few now.
