that is an old link in December but someone told me they are hearing things now but I can't find anything to even confirm the rumor.

I think I remember reading that Ajax rejected a £20million offer in the summer, so I can't see them accepting a 12.5million offer.

£12.5m is very low for someone like that, with Dzeko going for double that. Besides which, do Liverpool have anything like £12.5m to spend? Suppose they'll have some cash when Torres and Reina leave in the summer.
