Lids,

Got this absolute slag of a boss in London trying to assert her authority over me from 1000 miles away and I cannot take it any more.

She's basically trying to insist I move seats within my office here for no reason whatsoever. I work in Munich, her in London, and there is no benefit to me moving seats, rather only negatives as I used to sit where she wants me to return to and she is aware I was highly unmotivated while sat there and feel completely motivated, happy and willing to work hard where I currently am.

I've explained this to hear but she doesn't seem to want to understand. In desperation, might an extra of "for personal reasons" I don't wish to move to where she wants me to wash? She wouldn't be able to ask me what my personal reasons are/force them out of me and in the current working climate should decide to drop her stupid act.

Slag.

Just do as she wants, with a happy smile. She won't know how to react. When she visits Munich, take her out for dinner get her drunk and take photo's .........you can then sit wherever you like.......

Is your name Milton?

Open your eyes mate. Whoever's seat you took when you moved last time has grassed you out, you'll have to go in swinging in the morning.

That wouldn't work as a guy from London has just moved over and is also causing trouble in demanding I sit where he does which is in my old part of the office. There is a seat next to me in work free, but for some reason they've come to the conclusion that I should move back to where I don't want to.

Somebody give the golden line that is going to make it impossible for her to make me more to where she wants me to.

Would "personal reasons" not work? Surely she would be unable to force me if I have specifically stated I have personal reasons why I don't wish to sit there.

Oh ffs, sit on the bleeding toilet if that's what they want. Don't react, just go along with it, but plan, think, get your own back, when it's right for you...........
