Can only speak for myself, but they are a massive rip with the " admin / postal " charges.

Plus I've had a few anxious moments when tickets have arrived very late.

I generally try to swerve them.

What are the charges for buyers?

I've looked on tinter net and they seem to not publicise the charges.

Its an absolute doddle to sell everton tickets, I've never had to buy though, but im sure it's easy enough. Its paypal protected so you can't get stung.
As a seller they hold your money until after the event.
One of them, you get what you pay for im afraid.

Last time I used them it was over a fiver on two tickets.

That was a couple of years ago, so may be more now,

If I'm gonna buy tickets, I aways try here first.

There aren't postal charges and they don't get sent out to you as you collect them from the bullens road.

Last time I used them was a couple of years ago, they sent them out ?.

Or it was Stubb Hub acting as a third party / broker, hence the fees.

I've collected them from the Bullens too.
