Looking to purchase 2 adult tickets from stubhub for Spurs game. Problem is they are both in the young adult category. Is there any way of getting around this? Do I have to pay to upgrade?

Yes. You'll have to fess up and pay the extra when you pick up the tickets.

Is it easy enough to upgrade them when you pick them up from the stu hub office? I’d rather not run the risk.

I presume so mate, would prolly need to get there earlyish tho.

Never done it myself so dont know really.

They always have a steward there mate.

The lights flash different colours, so they dont need to check tickets.

It's easy enough. When you buy on StubHub you pick them up at the Bullens box office.

I'd recommend not getting there too late, as the queue can be a nightmare near kick off sometimes.

They'll check there and then that you are who you say you are (usually via ID that'll need to match to your stubhub address).

I've bought off Stubbers last season maybe 7-8 times before getting my Season Ticket back this year - always the same process.

I've only ever upgraded once, when I accidentally bought a concessions ticket. They just made me pay the extra between the concessions and an adult.

I have! Just edited my last post and saw this.

Should be sound - it'll only make you pay the difference in £££ between the two tickets.

I've updated from a Concession to an Adult previously - but there was another time (first game of the 2017/18 season) when the was a stubhub error on the system. They issued everyone a free upgrade voucher because of the messing around. What a day that was
