Stub hub euro 2016

Sorry if this is the wrong place. Am trying to get a ticket on stub hub for little Allezlesbleus who will be near Marseille when France play Albania. Keep getting sent to stub hub Germany and struggling to understand it all. Does not seem to recognise my usual stub hub password etc. any ideas?

Thanks mate, only just seen your reply. I eventually did it through the German site and the emails to confirm came through ok. Will ring stub hub in UK to talk to a human when I can but it seems ok. Just expensive.
