Player Valuation: £70m
Blue Square North side Colwyn Bay have confirmed former Everton striker Stuart Barlow as their new assistant manager.

Barlow joins the coaching staff of new Seagulls player-manager Jon Newby, who succeeded Dave Challinor.

Challinor and assistant Colin Woodthorpe left the Llanelian Road club to join AFC Fylde.

The role will be the first coaching job for Barlow, who also played for Tranmere Rovers, Wigan and Oldham.

Does anyone remember Stuey Barlow turning up at that clothes shop in Clayton Square to have photos taken with fans and the FA Cup and charity shield? I was there as a 16 yr old (wish i knew where them photos are now) and have always wondered why Barlow was the player and not someone who was actually in the match-day squad!

(I also witnessed, on another occasion, someone hand John Ebrell a photo from wembley, got him to sign it, asked him if he had a good day at the cup final and Ebrell replying "no, not really!")

Good old stuey...hope he's not going to train the strikers!
