Stones sell on percentage... if the worst does happen

There are a few rumours flying around the barnsley forums that the sell on percentage is between 15% and 25% on profit made on stones so minus the 2.2million initially paid, this could mean that if £40 million is recieved Everton would have to pay Barnsley up to £10 million potentially.
