STOKE CITY are to offer their supporters free coach travel to all of their Premier League games in the 2013-14 season, the Club has announced today.

It is believed to be the first time any side in England’s top four divisions has undertaken such a bold initiative for an entire campaign.

Coaches will leave from the Britannia Stadium for all 19 of the Potters’ top flight matches, starting with their Premier League curtain raiser against Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday 17th August.

The Club is introducing the initiative on the back of the increase in their income delivered by the new TV deals, in a bid to try and ease the financial burden on fans who follow City on their travels.

Absolutely brilliant move by Stoke. Great way of rewarding the fans and showing just how much fans support is needed for the team.

Is right!

They'd have to give me the ticket, ale money & a packed lunch to even consider watching them, but, nice to see.

You've got to find it amusing the way they play. Love them me (apart from the fans)

Good move by Stoke though, should be like this for a lot of teams.

No, not really. There's nothing even slightly amusing about it. Without doubt, the most boring team in Premier League history.

Heave it in the area for the army of grocks. If I had to watch that every week I'd blind myself with mustard.

If you enjoy watching that then football really isn't the sport for you.

Look how many times they've scored from them. I'd rather score and play crap football than struggle to score playing tica taka

If it was that successful, they wouldn't be finishing in the bottom half of the table every year. If you honestly enjoy watching Stoke, there's something wrong with you.

THIS exactly. I'm fed up of hearing, "it may be a bit archaic, but it's effective".

If it was effective, they would win more games.

not once I have said I enjoy watching them.
I just like their set pieces and throws.

All I'm saying is I would play like that if it meant we would win games rather than play all this possession crap

But they don't win games? I thought we'd established this?
