Not really ignorant mate. He's 35 and it's taken a big toll on his body I imagine. Especially if he is had bone marrow checks. Villa want him back in some capacity though which is nice.

He'll never reach that level of fitness again, or even hope to. He'll do well at this level, but he'll be no great strides fitter than many of the blokes around him now.

His experience, intelligence and guile will be an asset though. Amazing guy.
