No I don't think either of them were ever in the youth set up here. I think someone posted on here that Walter Smith was never big into developing the youth system so we didn't aggressively pursue local prospects or some such ****e. It's such a shame he, Fowler, Carra, Owen and other Evertonians ended up suiting up for that lot across the park.

Yeah, the article I linked, Everton offered him a 1 year deal, RS offered him a schoolboy contract plus a two-year apprenticeship. His dad went with that one.
