I hate football sometimes. I know it's a business and they can do what they want but I think sackings should be reviewed by the fa and clubs should have to present sufficient evidence as to why the sacking is justified. 4 defeats is not justified for me. They should take into account the recent past as well.

Yep, 31 points from 34 games is horrendous. As tough as it is, if you actually look at his record WBA are right to sack him. If that carried on into 2014 they would be dead and buried this season. Steve Clarke had a purple patch when he started there of about four months and since then he has been uber gash, bar the result against Man United.

Jesus you'd think he was pep guardiola reading some of these comments, his record is gash, he had a couple of decent months.

Just found out about this... disgraceful decision to sack him. Awful.

7 wins and 31 Points in 2013 says otherwise. He's a very good coach but an average manager at best.

Some American press saying that former Egypt and USA manager Bob Bradley could be his replacement. He interviewed with WBA before they hired Clarke, apparently.

They also acknowledge that this is pure speculation.
