Was a different charge; he didnt fix anything, but got himself in a compromising position. But 6 months was an odd ban.

It effectively is a life ban, as that takes him to 50 & there's no way he'll come back to the pinnacle of the game at 50, having had 12 years having to earn a living doing something else.

I imagine they've gone for a set time period to avoid any potential legal challenge to an indefinite ban.
