We won the race to sign the Serbian “wonderkid” Stefan Lukic from Partizan Belgrade, he is 18, midfielder (playmaker), we are signing him for 50K (Euros) as he is out of contract and he will go out on loan to Herneven right away because he can’t get a work permit now.

Some of the clubs that were interested in him were: Barcelona, Chelsea, Benfica, Arsenal and Inter

Any sourcerinos buddy?
 

How can he get a work permit for Holland and not for the UK?
Surely as we're both in the EU there should be no difference?

and if he's actually Dutch, there there should be no problem
