thats what i thought, i am clutching for some very small and thin straws while also scraping a very large deep barrel...thing is im sure i saw neville playing right side of midfield in pre-season, surely anything to prevent this is a good thing!

His contract was up at Sunderland and he chose to move on - I'd sign him as he gives us another option on the left.

We won't see that in an actual game. And we have enough midfielders. Even with a few injuries.

Why not? Because we're broke and wasting wages on an incredibly average and ageing player who will offer us nothing is stupid.

I'd rather give a young player a chance.
