I eat loads of raw meat and fish (and ceviche) on my yearly trip to Lisbon (ha Ha ha ha, but no The).

3 for me, but in general I find steak as a stand-alone food rather boring. I would much rather have steak integrated into a dish (pasta, stew) or sandwich (burger).
