I'm vegan. You didn't need to ask, I just told you because I'm vegan and that's what we do. Anyway, you're all going to hell for being bad murderers and I'm basically a saint.

I need to tell myself this constantly because steak is really really nice.

Just got back. Starter, pan seared sirloin with a soy sauce and sesame coating, afters and coffee. Free bottle of wine. The wife and I £60 all in.

Steak - blue to medium rare depending where you are - chips, some salad. No sauce is best, but Peppercorn or Béarnaise if you do, and mayo & mustard for the chips.
