Staring at the league table

We were briefly in 6th.

We're Everton ffs. I'll fap over the league table when I can cut off the bottom 19 teams and still see Everton.

not even going to say what if and all that because suppose
every team can say that but looking back when Koeman said we weren't
fit /playing the style wanted dropping points, getting rid of the dead wood etc.

just have to wonder how many we would of picked up on lost points
we'd be in CL places without a doubt, i guess that's a positive for next year
and an actual goal if we keep our best players/ decent signings.

You cannot help but think that if we had merely had a bad run in the autumn instead of a disastrous one we would be sitting either in the top four or darned close to it

We are 7th. We've been 7th for about 3 months. We'll end up there.

Still, 7th is better than 8th which is better than 9th

Looking at that league table I would say realistically the RS is the side we are best placed to catch.

With Arsenal the second most likely target.

But this entails City beating them today and us doing what we have not done since back in the 20th.
