Much as I enjoyed Force Awakens, it was understandably populist and had to tick the boxes. Got a feeling that this is going to be something a little bolder, darker and more experimental. The director is responsible for one of the best indie sci-fi films of the last 20 years in Monsters and Godzilla proved he could helm an epic and the cast has some real talent. Could be something really superb this.
