Stanley park???

Read during the weekend that John Henry believes Liverpool should remain in Anfield because of blah, blah, blah. Anyway wouldn't that leave Stanley park wide open for us. Would it be a 'simple' matter (I know nothing is easy with everton) of the council giving us the right to build there?
Not as up to date on these matter as some of the guys here but shouldn't the 'pool' be forced to decide rather than allowing this site go to waste especially when everything points to GP been a major reason why we can't get investment/sold etc

We're never getting Stanley Park. Its seems like the council's attitude toward us has been FU. That's why I was never too arsed about Kirkby, you can't force yourself into a place you aren't wanted.

That will always be my preferred option, don't know if it's really feasible though.

I know a new and improved stadium is vital for us to make any progress, but it will still break my heart if we were to leave Goodison.
