....stands just 80 feet away, the bloke doing the job guaranteed that it would be untouched and confirmed that not 1 piece of rubble went within 40 feet.

I'd hate to see people cheering as Goodison went down. I'd love to be elated and cheering going into a new one, but watching your old stadium go down should be a hats off affair.
