Problem is Everton don't attract anywhere near the number of people to these events as Liverpool and United do.

i totally appreciate that, hence just doing one tour a day...lpool do them every 15 mins...most aren't actually lpool fans but general footy fans...if they knew they could also tour the ground of the current 5th best club in the land, and the 4th most successful club in the country, on the same day, just 5 mins away, in sure some would do that too.
