It's probaly only if some one drops out, as if I remember rightly only so many allowed on each tour H&S numbers etc, as my an afterthought I tried to book for my older brother and son no chance as it was booked up - that's the reason they gave us nothing against the club it's just the PC & H&S rules the club have to stick too.
You never know a bit of luck , and you may get in - best of luck -
