Why would you even sit in the Park End?????
Last time I sat in the GSE I couldn't get in my seat cos the lad next to me was huge and spilled over to my seat.

Actually, to be serious mate, it's an age thing. In my youth I stood in the GSE and loved it. I still love the Gwladys ( Lower only, Upper is awful ) but get pissed off with not being able to see anything and the bell % in the GSE is nearly as high as in the Park End these days ( but obviously nowhere near as bad as the Main Stand ). There are sound folk and tossers ( yep, even some Evertonians are tossers ) in all parts of the ground. I'm only 5'8", if the Gwladys was a bit steeper and I could see the feckin match, it would be my choice. The Park End is second best for atmosphere so that's where I go. The Paddock and Bullens don't do it for me. If God had meant us to watch football matches from the side he wouldn't have invented goals, posts and netting.

Ignore Fat Boy and Ginge Pubes ( who's folks pays for his ticket ) mate. As a proud weirdo and square I can say I've never had a problem with the lights. I'm guessing you sit fairly low down ? Row AA is fine and is where the best people sit ... and occassionally stand ... to sing or tut, depending on what's going on.

Nope.

Yeah the GSE is prime bell real estate.

I just love it there tho.

I doubt I will ever sit anywhere else, even when im 97.
Stone ?

I still do the Gwladys for cup matches tbh. Dunno why, it's like shagging an ex, you just have to from time to time, cos it was fun.

* err disclaimer. I don't do the ex thing btw, just in case the Mrs ever reads this.

Thanks mate, I will defo look into that a bit more now. Its just anything concerning the club usually ends in a cock up somewhere from past experiences..

What the other guy said. I bought some tickets off StubHub to an Everton v. West Game at Upton Park a couple years back. It was about 30 quid for tickets right at the halfline, right below the corporate boxes. Was a bit awkward being surrounded by West Ham fans cause obviously we stuck out like sore thumbs because we weren't the regulars but whatever.

Not sure if thats a question for this forum. I get the impression theres very little who have actually been to Goodison.

It's been a while since we had a 'you don't go to the game so you aren't a proper fan' poster on here.

Do us a favour and remove talk like that from here. Yes, a lot of us can't go to the game, for a variety of reasons, either financially or geographically. It doesn't make anyone any less of a fan, nor does it make opinions any more or less valid.
