Not much needed on this because it should be obvious to most but it looks pretty worrying.
Trying to fit players into a system or formation purely through either nepotism or blind arrogance.
We've gone backwards this season which will be proven by our points total come May.
Klaassen (pointless), Rooney and Sigurdsson. Too similar in their desirable positions so they get shoe-horned in. None of them have any legs to drive on a counter attack. Slow and boring as a consequence - defence constantly looking for passes with no one offering.
Two defensive midfielders no matter who the opposition or where we're playing
Williams is finished and looks unprofessional is his demeanour.
Martina over a youthful Kenny. Why? Because they were Southampton buddies?
And worst of all - no Lukaku. An absolute embarrassment of a decision to not keep hold or replace.
There will be at least 10 teams that score more goals than us this season.
