That 12 million ear marked for Fernandes will come in handy and I agree, Appiah would improve the midfield enormously. Does anyone know if he is settled in Turkey?

Just had a look at the appearences table on the OS and we've used 21 players thus far this season. Not a bad show of depth considering that doesn't include VDM, Da Silva or any of the young lads.

I can see Moyes giving some of the fringe players an outing in the next UEFA match as we have Man Utd a few days after that. Seems silly to play Arteta, Cahill, Yak etc when we don't need to.
