I guess they can benefit by loaning Madrid's young stars.
 

Could be good for them, especially if it gives them first choice on Real fringe players, i.e Sahin etc. Good move.

TBF though the lads we have bought from them have always been at a good price and have done well for the club
 
why have real agreed to this? have they noticed nearly all of spurs' best players have gone? the only good ones left are the ones they bought this summer (siggurdson and vertonghan) as well as adebayor who has already played for real. must just be out of desperation for modric.

Its because of Bale and/or AVB, probably.
