If Chris Froome wins a second one, must be the obvious (only) candidate!

Unless Hamilton wins the championship. Or a Brit wins the Open Golf. Even then though!
 
It has been a pretty fallow year though. Maybe one of the sprinters we have at the moment who have gone under 10 seconds? Just so long as they don't do a Ryan Giggs and award it to Gerrard!

Never really grabs the attention does it though? Unless you win a sprint, (unlikely a Brit will), you are basically the best from the UK and Australia ffs.
