Dunno. And I've been on three speed awareness courses. And I just got done by a camera again this weekend.

30mph generally.
20mph increasingly in places.

Lucky to get up to those speeds, given congestion, potholes and people choosing to buy enormously overfat cars.

is it really, just counted fifty cars on our road & maybe one or two were under those limits, no wonder people are killed !!
