All these old dears going into the opticians to get their eyes tested, failing and then being led through the " special door " out the back and never seen again

I have heard gingers just get banned walking through the door without even seeing the optician - posers with VWs & blanket weed in their private lakes for fishing

No my GP telephoned me to say the crystallisation in my blood i.e. = bad gout was the worst in my medical history - caused by my grade 3 kidney disease not flushing the arthritis in my blood out ... its in my leg joints & my feet - worse attack ever - I have refrained from driving by the way ... as physically not up to it ....

Is that the pain you mentioned? Is a hyper careful diet a possibility to take pressure off the kidneys? What treatments are available? Any medicine ends up in the kidneys and so the other spectre is antagonised. Rough deal that Joe.
