Er.. Its true! Tell a lie. Oldest is asleep for 9. I go to bed at 10. I have an hour a day with the missus. Then back up at 6-6:30 with youngest..

I have very little 'me' time mate.

Sleep isn't as bad as it was now but at one point it was hopeless.

We had 3 bad years sleep with youngest. Kills you but you get used to it.

Getting up 3-4 times in the night for feeds is the killer.

Any 'me' time is spent cleaning, fixing and other jobs you cant do when kids are around!

We periodically go to a hotel for a night to escape. Drop the kids at grandmas!!

Then you're both terrible, terrible parents! Have them in bed for no later than 4.30pm and up for 10am and you're golden. Calpol's your mate here!
