Are you a fan?? As i'm off after today and taking a long weekend in Edinburgh I will be celebrating with a trip to the local chippy for some Spam Fritters.

Spam, Chips & Beans was 1 of my fav school dinners, although the servers used to be a bit mean with the chips.

Not into making a burger with it though tbh, or the foreign 'Berliner.'

I have my old housemates £5 not too long ago as they were going to the shop and to come back and surprise me.

The came back with £5 worth of spam.

Put it on a salad. Never again.

How so they get that much salt in it?!

I remeber spam fritters as school meals ffs.

Moomin look up a place called Oink mate - they do massive rolls full of pulled pork - best sandwiches ever
