I remember him being very unhappy about certain players being targeted.
I'm not so sure it was all about the manager to be fair m8.

At the end of the day though, it's a learning experience for him, and he'll no doubt put the experience to good use.
There's no shame for young managers who get relegated from the Prem. It happens all the time.
 

From what I know about the club they don't have a Dennis Wise Director of footie/Weapon of Mass Destruction and Gibson seems to give the manager alot of freedom.

Southgate said he wanted to play like Arsenal which is why he got rid of his defensive mids and brought in Aliadire and Hoyte too. Ambitious? Yes. Stupid? Extremely. Alves was also definitely his call.
