We will be facing a new manager monday night some argentinian dude.. adkins just been sacked

Well, that's a fairly poor decision from their management. I didn't like the guy but to have them out the relegation zone at this stage of the season is surely meeting expectation.

That really is a strange one.
He got them promoted and they certainly have a good chance of staying in the division,very harsh treatment of a manager who did very well for them.

This could work for or against us next Monday,hopefully the Southampton players will be diapirited by this sacking.

Cortese is a clever fella, so the appointment dosent surprise me. He has Loads of contacts still in Italy from his dealings with Silvio Berlosconi, he has the dosh to spend as well. Interesting times ahead for the Saints I reckon.
