Honestly, heard this on the radio earlier. South African police tried to arrest a man but he put up a struggle so all they managed was to handcuff him to the back of the van, the van then drove off at a decent speed dragging the man behind them through the streets........he later died in custody. Has anybody else heard or seen this anywhere ?
