Every time when driving I hear Green Day singing Boulevard of Broken Dreams, I belt it out, especially the part....
"I walk alone, I walk alone".

Probably needs no explaining as to why I think it is Everton related.

Any other song that I should be singing along to?

Land of hope and glory.

Another dark day in the history of this football club, when an attempt was made at foisting that patriotic slop on us.

Not slop mate, although I appreciate your love of deprecating hyperbole. Edward Elgar premiered this piece (complete with Enigma Variations) at Liverpool Philharmonic.

Although I agree I'd not want it as our run out music.

The mighty Wah, story of the blues,

However Pete Wylie is a red (my dad [a blue] was in his class at school).

The mighty Wah, story of the blues,
This, explained by Pete Wylie as a class struggle but very apt to Everton

" you've got to hope for the best, and that's the best you can hope for - you've got to hope
against hope..."
And if that doesn't sum up Evertonians especially the ones who turn up at the pit every year I don't know what does. Time it was adopted I think.
