Been lurking here for a while and love it here. I'm a Yeovil born Evertonian due to my family, and I support Yeovil Town FC and of course the Toffees.

I play football for a staff team for the college I work at, as well as occasional sunday league.

Hello Jonto. I’m a West Country Blue too. Travel up on the West Country Blues coach. Season ticket holder, upper Bullens. Dad played for Everton A/B sides in the 50’s too.

This forum can be very humourous but also very negative. Amazingly negative at times. Check out the Marco Silva thread!

For the record, I was negative about Allardyce becoming manager, (but did say I’d be behind him whilst he was here as I’d watched the away match at Southampton and truly believed we were going to be relegated). In addition, I was negative (along with many others) about Schniderlin

Yeah. Duffy was a hero and Walsh did well, although I think he's matured since then. We've also had John Lundstram the same season we had Duffy, which in fairness was a big step for him- we were in the Championship at the time!
