Hey guys i have just started cert 1 in youth coaching and coaching licence and for my homework i have to make a training drill that works on a certain area and then one thing to add on or change to make it harder. Any ideas? Thanks.

I was thinking some one throws the ball at your feet to help with ball control.

Pfffft. We know nothing about football on here dude. You could be on your own here

We do one at training, where you stand on the edge of the box, looking at the goal and someone stands behind you with a ball.

They can then either throw it over your head, to the left, right, whatever, or on the floor to either side.... and you've got to hit the ball first time at goal. It's a good one for making sure you're on your toes. Soooooo many people just rely on their stronger foot, but its a pretty good one to make sure you have to use both. The key is to be jogging on the ball expecting the ball to go anywhere. If your stood still, it makes it really hard to suddenly change direction

I don't think that's really helped, but there may be an idea in there somewhere for you mate
