some assistance with direct debit please

I'm just online trying to renew my season ticket and once I have entered the cup scheme and gone through to check out it only asks for credit/debit card with no option of paying by D/D. The deadline is tomorrow for D/D so I know I'm within my right for it but at checkout there's no option of this, can anyone help?

haha thanks but I think direct debit may only be available to new customers. I may just have to pay on card.

sorted, I mis-read where it only says about card details for the cup scheme, I wasn't paying attention. Sorted now, done over ten months (unless I fail the credit check!)
