This is a stab in the dark but I reckoned some of you lads have probably given FM2013 a go, managing our beloved Everton.
I have a question.
At the end of my first season (finished 12th) I got a meager 500k as transfer budget. I accepted a bid from PSG for Fellaini for 28 mil in order to give me some wiggle room in the market. Lo and behold my despair when my miniscule war chest is increased by only 1.5M

What´s going on here? Have the club actually pocketed 23,5M (4 mil went to Standard). Am I supposed to replace Fellaini and take the club forward with only 2M? It´s been about two weeks since the sale went through. Is there any chance the momey will show up at a later date?
